Burnout & Peer Pressure: Our Take on the Exam Session
Back in the Studio with Onde Quadre
Exam session is in full swing, and we know how emotionally draining it can be. That’s exactly why we decided to change things up a bit this time.
Together with our friends at Onde Quadre — the student radio of Politecnico di Torino — we returned to the studio for a new episode, this time to help lighten your day with something concrete: first-hand experiences and a real conversation about what exam season actually feels like.
What We Talked About
We touched on two topics that hit close to home for a lot of us:
- Study Burnout — that feeling of complete exhaustion when studying stops being productive and starts draining everything out of you
- Peer Pressure — the social weight of comparing yourself to others, feeling behind, or pushing yourself past your limits because everyone around you seems to be doing the same
We didn’t just define these things — we shared how we’ve personally experienced them. Because recognizing these phenomena (which are deeply human) is the first step toward managing them.
Why This Episode
We believe that taking care of your mental health during exam season isn’t a luxury — it’s necessary. And sometimes the most helpful thing is hearing that someone else has been there too.
Non Solo Poli… facciamo la nostra parte.
